NYEE's roots trace back to 2006, when our team began working New York City job sites at the trade level — learning the codes, the crews, and the culture that make this city's construction industry like no other.
By 2015, New York Empire Enterprises had become the full-service general contracting and development firm it is today — licensed, certified, and ready to take on projects across the city.

CEO, Founder & General Contractor
Diego Ossa has worked his way through New York City's construction industry since 2006, starting on job sites and building toward full licensure as a General Contractor and Construction Superintendent. Over two decades, he's earned a reputation for reliability — taking on projects other contractors won't touch and seeing them through to completion. He is OSHA-certified and holds New York City and State minority-owned business certification, credentials that reflect the same standard he holds every Empire project to.
